We're working hard on a system that will allow Volity developers to set up their parlors to run on our own servers, and control them remotely through this website. During our developer beta, this will be a free service.
In the meantime, you can add parlors that you run yourself to the volity.net world by registering them. After doing so, you can also administrate them through our control panel application, though you won't be able to start them up through that interface.
